What you get

A platform built around how events actually run.

Six things this platform does that spreadsheets and consulting decks do not.

Clear emissions breakdown

See the event's footprint by source: travel, energy, waste and more.

Easy to use

Add your data and let the platform make sense of it.

Sponsor-ready reporting

Reports you share with sponsors, ESG teams and stakeholders.

Numbers that hold up

Once signed off, the event's record is immutable. Audit-ready.

No supplier chasing

Suppliers go straight into the platform. Clients don't manage spreadsheets.

Comparable year-on-year

Same methodology each year. Show progress and benchmark events.

Why this matters

What changes when an event has real numbers.

Clients win at sustainability

A credible footprint number, on time, every event.

More than a report

A credible footprint you can communicate to attendees and partners, not bury in a PDF.

Sponsors and stakeholders trust it

Numbers that survive procurement, ESG and board scrutiny.

A reason to come back

Year-on-year comparisons turn one event into a programme.

Reporting

The kind of report sponsors and ESG teams actually read.

Sponsor-ready report

Screenshot to follow

  • · Methodology stated up front, in plain language.
  • · Breakdown by scope and emissions source.
  • · Year-on-year comparison once you have a second event.
  • · One signed-off record per event. Immutable, audit-ready.

How it works

From kick-off to report. No spreadsheets to chase.

The measurement happens inside the platform. Offsetting after is optional.

1

Scope the event

We agree the boundary, suppliers and data sources before the event runs.

2

Capture the data

Suppliers enter their data directly into the platform. No spreadsheets to chase.

3

Sign off and report

A reviewed, methodology-aligned report ready for sponsors and stakeholders within weeks.

4

Offset what's left

Optional. If you want to offset the event's emissions, we arrange it through our preferred supplier, Clima.

Pricing

One price. One event.

$1,750

per event, AUD

Platform access included. No subscription. Larger events quoted separately.

What's included

  • · Full platform access for the event
  • · Supplier onboarding and data capture
  • · Full emissions breakdown by source
  • · Signed-off, sponsor-ready report

FAQ

Questions venues and event organisers ask.

What is event carbon accounting?

Event carbon accounting measures the greenhouse gas emissions of a single event: attendee and supplier travel, energy and generators, accommodation, waste, catering and freight. We gather the data, apply the GHG Protocol with Australian emissions factors, and deliver one signed-off carbon footprint for the event that sponsors and ESG teams can rely on.

How much does event carbon accounting cost?

$1,750 per event in Australian dollars. Platform access is included and there is no subscription or lock-in. Larger or multi-day events are quoted separately. Pricing is published here on purpose, you should not have to book a call to find out what it costs.

What emissions do you count?

We work to the GHG Protocol, so the footprint covers Scope 1, 2 and the relevant Scope 3 sources for an event, with travel usually the largest. We agree the boundary with you up front and state in the report exactly what was included and what was not.

Can you make our event carbon neutral?

We measure first, then you can offset what remains. Once the footprint is signed off we arrange offsetting through our preferred supplier, Clima. Offsetting is optional and is not bundled into the $1,750, so you only pay for it if you want to make a carbon neutral claim.

Do you provide Climate Active certification?

No. We measure to the GHG Protocol and give you an accurate, audit-ready footprint and optional offsetting. We do not issue Climate Active or other third-party certifications. If you need a formal certification we can tell you what it involves before you commit.

Do I see live emissions during the event?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We are not a real-time dashboard. We capture the data, review it, and deliver a signed-off report after the event. The value is an accurate footprint that holds up to scrutiny, not a number moving on a screen during the day.

How long does the report take?

A reviewed, methodology-aligned report is ready within weeks of the event, once supplier data is in. You get one signed-off record per event: immutable, audit-ready, and comparable year on year when you run the event again.

Do you work with venues as well as one-off events?

Yes. We work with Australian venues, showgrounds and stadiums as well as event organisers and festivals. Venues running a regular programme can measure each event the same way and track the footprint year on year, which is also the basis for our annual organisational carbon accounting.
